Following a grant received from DEFRA a pilot study is being conducted in Thatcham on a surface water management plan. This is only one of six pilot schemes in the country. The project team includes representatives from Thatcham Town Council, Thatcham Flood Forum, West Berkshire Council, WSP (Consultants), Thames Water, and the Enviroment Agency.
